Application

A spare part for the cabin unit of the CLAAS combine.

Destination

This component operates within the system of climate control of the combine cabin. It acts as a filter of the cold agent and protects it from intrusion of water residue and small mechanical admixtures.
The availability of the service entrance enables to control pressure in the system and, if necessary, refill the cold agent.
This spare part is used for replacing a worn out or damaged unit during repairs.

Properties

Executed in the form of a welded hollow cylindrical vessel. Оtput, input and service connections are welded to the upper part.
A cavity of the drier is filled with a special substance - sorbent - collecting water residue from the cold agent.
In order to prevent intrusion of sorbent pellets into the system, nets are used at the input and output. Moreover, the output net is significantly finer, which enables additional retention of small mechanical admixtures which may appear during the operation of the compressor.
